3 cups stir-fried grouse or pheasant ( About 2 full pheasants or 3 grouse. The birds should be cut into bite-sized pieces. I season the birds with Natures Seasoning while stir-frying them.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 ½ cups Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
Mix first 3 ingredients and pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan or baking dish.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top, then pour melted butter over and lightly cover with poppy seeds. Bake 30 min. at 350 degrees.
