Pheasant Hot Pie

1cup Frozen mixed Vegetables
1 cup Sliced jalapeno peppers
1 cup pheasant, cut into bite-sized pieces, seasoned (I use Nature’s Seasoning or Lawry’s) and browned in hot oil
1 can {10 3/4 oz condensed } cream of potato soup
1 1/2 cups bisquick
1/4 cup jalapeno juice
1 egg

Heat oven to 400 Deg. Mix all Ingredients together until well mixed, pour into 9 in. pie plate. {ungreased} Bake for 30 Min. or until golden brown. Works best if you brown the pheasant first.
