Pheasant Hot Dish
Ingredients:
6 Cups of soft bread cubes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup melted butter
2 to 3 cups cooked Pheasant pieces
2 cups frozen peas
Mix bread and butter. Line dish with half of
buttered crumbs, layer pheasant, peas, cheese. Top with one can of cream of
chicken soup and one can of milk mixed together. Top with remaining buttered
crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 Min.
