Layer in baking dish:
Stuffing to cover bottom
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Shredded cheese - any kind
Cooked and cubed pheasant – breast of thighs
Sauce: cream of mushroom soup, chicken gravy, sour cream, melted butter, any seasoning
Cheese and paprika
Bake until soup and cheese bubble (350? Per Mike)
Amounts will depend on the size of dish you use
